Our team is growing, and we’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Compliance Exectutive based in Malta!

In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support to the compliance team. Your responsibilities will include handling due diligence procedures, reviewing and monitoring clients' licenses and authorized domains, and assisting with license maintenance and reporting obligations. Strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset are key to success.

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

• Execute end-to-end due diligence procedures and collect all necessary documentation for clients and service providers during onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Support the team in responding to due diligence requests and compliance related inquiries from clients, partners and service providers.
• Conduct regular reviews of client licenses and authorized domains to ensure alignment with the company’s procedures and jurisdictional requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support in maintaining existing licenses, fulfilling reporting obligations, and assisting with new license applications and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Account Management, and Sales) on compliance-related matters in line with company’s procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in researching domestic and international i-gaming legislations, regulatory developments, AML/CFT requirements, Sanctions framework, and industry best practices.
• Support the review and maintenance of company’s policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist the team in maintaining professional relationships with advisors, auditors, and consultants, as required.
• Provide administrative and coordination support during internal and external audits.
• Execute ad hoc compliance and administrative duties as assigned.

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

• Experience in a compliance role within a regulated sector with a specific emphasis on onboarding and KYB.
• A solid understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) and Sanctions regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in executing comprehensive due diligence procedures.
• Fluency in business English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and maintain a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• A university degree or qualification in a related field is considered an advantage.
