As an HR Specialist at Amusnet Gaming Ltd., you’ll be at the heart of the employee experience, supporting day-to-day HR operations and helping to shape a dynamic, people-first culture. You'll ensure our processes run smoothly, our people feel supported, and our culture continues to thrive.
THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Coordinating smooth and engaging onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing contracts and HR documentation in collaboration with the HR Business Partner, and conducting exit interviews to gather actionable feedback.
- Be a trusted point of contact for day-to-day employee queries, providing timely HR support, assisting with performance and feedback cycles, and supporting the resolution of employee relations matters, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure HR accuracy and compliance by maintaining up-to-date employee records, managing HR systems, and contributing to internal audits and reporting.
- Promote learning and development by supporting the implementation of training initiatives that drive employee growth and upskilling across the organization.
- Champion company culture and values by contributing to the execution of HR strategies, including CSR initiatives, engagement activities, and programs that build a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within iGaming, tech, or a fast-paced international environment
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience using HRIS platforms
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- An understanding of local employment law would be considered an asset
