We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role focuses on enhancing Amusnet Gaming's employer brand presence across various marketing channels, with a special emphasis on digital platforms and social media. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining our company's reputation by creating engaging content that resonates with our online audiences.
THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:
- Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting our Employer Brand through social media and internal communications to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement.
- Internal Events: Coordinate and promote internal events and team-building activities.
- Digital Content Creation: Develop and implement content strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ) to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Graphic Design: Utilize graphic design tools like Canva, or similar software to create visually appealing graphics for social media, website, and internal events. Use of Adobe Creative Suite would be considered a plus!
- SEO and Website Management: Ensure the company website is up-to-date and optimized for organic SEO.
- Social Media Management: Implement social media posting calendars, monitor performance, and provide insights for improvement.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' employer branding strategies and performance to inform our marketing initiatives.
- Merchandise Management: Contact and coordinate with merchandise suppliers to procure branded materials for events and employee gifts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support broader marketing initiatives and events.
THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
- 2-3 years in a marketing role, preferably in the iGaming sector or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent writing skills for impactful copywriting.
- Ability to create engaging content that drives engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
