At Amusnet Gaming Malta, we believe in creating meaningful experiences — and our 2025 Summer Event was the perfect example of what happens when team spirit meets storytelling magic.
Earlier this June, our team set off to Gozo — Malta’s sister island — for a two-day retreat packed with team bonding, wellness activities, and a themed celebration inspired by one of our very own games: Orient Story Deluxe.
Day 1: Adventure Begins — Treasure Hunt & Team Connection
Thursday kicked off with a high-energy treasure hunt around Gozo, with teams hopping into buggies to explore the island, solve clues, and take on quirky challenges. It was the ultimate ice-breaker, combining adrenaline, laughter, and teamwork, and set the tone for the adventure-filled retreat ahead.
We stayed at the luxurious Kempinski Hotel, surrounded by nature and serenity — the perfect place to recharge, connect, and unwind. As the evening approached, the setting transformed into something that felt straight out of the Orient Story Deluxe slot, rich with colour, character, and just the right amount of magic.
Orient Story-Themed Party — From Slot Game to Real-Life Experience
Inspired by the vibrant visuals of our latest slot game, Orient Story Deluxe, the evening transformed into a magical Arabian-inspired celebration. Colourful drapes, golden accents, and ambient lighting brought the world of the game to life.
Roaming the venue were two mystical characters from the slot, who invited guests into a unique astrology experience. Each team member received a personalised Muse Card based on their zodiac sign: a creative, reflective keepsake that added a personal touch to the night.
From glam stations with gold headbands and temporary tattoos, to shisha lounges and an open-air afterparty under the stars, the evening was a perfect celebration of our vibrant culture and team connection.
Day 2: Wellness, Fun & Family
Friday morning started with movement and mindfulness. While some of us rolled out our mats for sunrise yoga, others laced up for a scenic 5K with the Amusnet Running Club. These early risers were then invited to take the plunge — quite literally — into a guided ice bath session (for the brave!).
Others opted to enjoy a peaceful morning lounging by the pool. As the day unfolded, the space transformed into a mini fun fair, complete with games, music, and plenty of good vibes.
A sweet visit from Roll ‘n Chill added the perfect afternoon treat, and the second part of the day welcomed our extended Amusnet family, with partners and little ones joining in the sunshine and fun.
Why We Do It
This event wasn’t just a getaway, it was a celebration of everything we value at Amusnet Gaming Malta: strong team culture, shared experiences, and the little details that create big memories.
Whether it’s wellness, storytelling, or simply spending time together beyond the office, we’re proud to build a workplace where people feel inspired, connected, and truly part of something bigger.
Because our vibe is the real magic.
