On the 16th of May, as part of our ongoing CSR initiative series, our team came together for an environmental initiative at Qalet Marku in Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq, partnering with the Malta Ranger Unit to support the preservation of Malta’s natural coastlines. It was a hands-on effort to support the environment, and a great opportunity for the team to connect over a shared goal away from our desks.
We wanted this to be a shared effort, so we opened the cleanup to families as well. It was a fantastic morning spent with colleagues and their loved ones, all working together to help restore the coastline and do something positive for our local community. We also marked the occasion by giving out pins inspired by Malta's native wildlife, featuring local species such as the Leopard Snake, Gaisler's long-eared Bat, Algerian Hedgehog, Loggerhead Turtle, and Least Weasel.
Following the morning’s efforts, the team gathered for a relaxed get-together, offering a relaxed opportunity to connect and reflect on the positive impact made throughout the day. This initiative reflects our "We Care" value in action, supporting the environment we all share while bringing people together around a meaningful cause.
