Amusnet Gaming Successfully Hosts First Student Industry Visit in Collaboration with ICTSA

Amusnet Gaming recently welcomed students from the University of Malta and MCAST to its Malta office for a dedicated industry visit, delivered in collaboration with the ICT Students' Association (ICTSA). The initiative forms part of the company’s ongoing commitment to engaging early-career talent and strengthening connections with the local tech community as part of its continued focus on attracting and developing early-career talent.

The event offered a unique opportunity for university students to step inside our workspace and experience the dynamic environment firsthand. The interactive session was designed to give students a comprehensive look at who we are and what we do. The visit began with a guided tour of the office, providing the students with a clearer understanding of our daily operations and how our cross-functional teams collaborate to drive innovation within the igaming industry. 

Following the tour, the group attended engaging presentations from our Senior Talent Acquisition  and Tech team. The Talent Acquisition team shared an overview of the company’s culture, values, and employee experience, while members of the Tech team provided a deeper dive into development workflows, core technologies, and what day-to-day life looks like for engineers at Amusnet Gaming.

The session concluded with an informal networking opportunity over lunch, where students had the chance to connect with members of the team and continue the conversation in a more relaxed setting.

This first student-focused initiative marks an important step in Amusnet Gaming’s broader efforts to build meaningful relationships with emerging talent. By creating opportunities for direct engagement and knowledge sharing, the company continues to support the development of future tech professionals.
